Legal services

Traceable entity data between a law firm and a partner platform.

Client: A law firm that provides registered agent services.

The problem

The entity information the firm needs lives on a partner wealth firm's platform, and the firm works in a separate practice management system. Records had to move from one to the other, and every record had to be traceable on both sides.

What we built

A registered agent service. It takes entity information from the partner platform and pushes it into the firm's practice management system through its API. It then sends the practice management client ID back to the platform, so any record can be traced end to end.

Where it stands

The firm is moving to a different practice management platform. We're planning the move so the traceability carries over intact.

Wealth management

Engineers embedded with a wealth firm's teams.

Client: A wealth management firm with several business lines.

The problem

The firm needed engineering help that worked inside its own teams, close to the people using its systems.

What we built

Our engineers have worked embedded with the firm's teams. That work has included an internal forms platform and engineering with the firm's wealth advisory business. We work in the firm's process, alongside its people, and hand nothing over the wall.

Commercial real estate

Cloud and AI foundation for a fintech startup.

Client: A commercial real estate fintech startup.

The problem

The company needed cloud infrastructure, a platform to build on, and a working AI chatbot, delivered at a known cost.

What we built

We set up the cloud infrastructure, built the platform foundation the product runs on, and put an AI chatbot on top of it. The scope was fixed before work started, so the company knew what it was getting and what it would cost.

Result

We delivered the initial build in roughly 40 engineering hours on a fixed bid. The company started with a working foundation to build on.
