Zermatt retain top spot as Des Bosses

For the second year running, the Swiss resort of Zermatt has managed to defend their title as top ?Bosses? at one of the oldest and most established workers? challenges, Des Bosses in Chamonix. The competition was spawned in 1989 following a heated debate in a bar between Chamonites and visting skiers from Val D?Isere as to who were the most accomplished skiers. The event has now manifested into an inter-Alpes season workers? competition, renowned for its fantastic atmosphere and jovial rivalry. Chamonix grabbed second place behind Zermatt, with Verbier coming in third.
