Austrian Gregor Schlierenzauer cleaned up at Whistler's World Cup on Saturday, scoring an incredible 298.2 points from jumps of 142 and 139.5m. He broke the record at Whistler when training the day before with a 143.5m. Along with the rest of the snow sports community, the athletes competing were understandably excited for next year's Winter Olympics at Whistler. Fellow Austrian Wolfgang Loitzl, who grabbed second in the jumping cup reported that 'the wind conditions were perfect' and that the 'whole area was really great.' Yeah man....!
