The only way is up, (and down, across, sideways, but hopefully not into the trees) for Austrian resort Schladming this season. Having spent the whole break being revamped, the resort now boasts two new interconnecting runs, a shiny new chairlift and a large car park to accommodate all the people who will inevitably be falling over themselves to visit. And for all those statt-os out there, at peak time, Schladming's 25 lifts have the capacity to transport 63,900 people per hour. Amazing!
