Raich is Svindaled out of the World Cup by Norway

It was a tense World Cup final at Are in Sweden with only two points separating Austria's Benni Raich and Norway's Aksel Lund Svindal in the final of the FIS World Cup this weekend. Despite not being able to finish the final slalom of the season in Sweden and being quite literally knocked out of the downhill race in December due to a crash at the race in Beaver Creek, Svindal grabbed his second World Title this weekend after rival Raich straddled a gate close to the end of the course. It is safe to say that the Austrian has officially been Svindaled....!
