The whole world is set to descend on Snowbird in Utah on 29th Jan-1st Feb for the first leg of this year's Masters of Snowboarding competition, sponsored by North Face. The TNF Masters has become one of the most prestigious big mountain snowboarding tours in the US and has a hefty prize kitty of $45,000 to match. The competition will go on to Crested Butte Colorado 12-15th Feb and then conclude in Kirkwood, California 3rd-5th March. 2008 TNF Champ Rob Kingwill is 'excited to be part of the movement giving big mountain snowboarding competition[s] the recognition [they] deserve. All three 2009 venues are world class and I can't wait to see what happens.' And neither can we.
