It's an exciting time for British snow sports as tickets go on sale for the second annual Freeze festival on 30th March. Free Sports on 4 'Freeze' is a three day festival, the pinnacle of which is the World Cup Big Air Snowboarding competition which is sanctioned by FIS, but the event also hosts the International Freestyle Ski Comp, the International Girls Open (new to 2009) and the Best of British comp too. This is all held in the footprint of the iconic Battersea Power Station in London. Last year was the year it was launched and was a huge success, with a heavy-ass soundtrack from hip hop legends Cypress Hill, The Enemy, The Holloways and a whole array of other tasty aural treats. The new website is set to launch in oblivion very soon, check out www.londonfreeze.com for more details.
