Without a doubt the most epic and established of Winter music festivals launches into oblivion for its 10th year of shenanigans next week. Mayrhofen will not know what has hit it as thousands of day-glo snowclubbers descend on the once tranquil Austrian resort for a week of bass fuelled debauchery from 27th March to 4th April. The bill for the weekend is every vinyl junkie?s wet dream, with Fatboy Slim, Grandmaster Flash, Fabio & Grooverider and Caspa&Rusko being just a few of the DJs lined up to burst your eardrums. As well as the obvious bass-fest, Snowbombing has so much more, from Gone Boarding?s Wacky Races fancy dress relay to eye-popping trickshows in the Van Penkens park, which has been newly revamped for the festival. Wiski is positively emerald with envy, there?s nothing like a good dance in the snow....
