According to Ed Leigh of Ski Sunday, the BRITS is 'Glastonbury meets the FA Cup on snow,? and we have to agree that 'that's one hell of a recipe for entertainment.....!' Held at Laax in Switzerland, the BRITS is celebrating 20yrs of winter sports madness and this year will be no different. Let's hope that the Brits, (as in our fellow country folk) experience a repeat success story for 2009; Team GB, including skiers Angus Morrison and Emily Sarsfield, and boarders Zoe Gillings and James Foster grabbed all top podium places and smashed new time records last year. And with this year's soundtrack coming from the likes of Ninja Tune's turntable technician supreme DJ Vadim, blissful beats from Bonobo and heaps more music and mayhem, this event is certainly not to be missed.
