The Meadowlands Xanadu project is going to be without a doubt one of the most spectacular leisure venues the US has ever seen, boasting the largest big wheel and countless other family friendly attractions, including America's first foray into the world of indoor snow sports with a brand new 'real snow' ski slope. The development, scheduled to open later this year has caused controversy and speculation, perhaps because of its tender location, just five miles from Manhattan. Either way, Xanadu means that the people of New Jersey should be able to ski and board come rain or shine at last.
