36yr old Sean Rose from Middlesborough has had an award winning week at Sestriere in Turin, smashing a silver in the downhill and a bronze in the super slalom. This puts him second in the world rankings for the paralympian downhill and leaves him understandably elated: 'It has been one of the best days of my life. It is an awesome course and so fast- I can't remember going this fast since the Paralympics in 2006.' We wish him all the best for his next competition at Whistler in March.
