19th Annual Oktoberfest Celebrates Foliage Season at Whiteface

Wilmington, NY - The 19th annual Whiteface Oktoberfest is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 2-3 at the ski area in New York State's Adirondack Mountains. During the two-day festival, the Olympic mountain dusts off its lederhosen, fires up the oompah band and enjoys a tall mug of German beer. Activities include original vendors, arts and crafts, children's rides including the popular hayride, Bavarian food, drink, entertainment, and new this year: 60-second challenges.
