Ophélie has been dominating the sport since 2004 and was winner of the X-Games in 2007, 2008 and 2009, as well as being World Champion on six occasions, so all local hopes will be on her in Vancouver when ski cross becomes an Olympic sport. Back home, Alpe d'Huez will be hosting the Ski-Cross World Cup next winter.
